By accessing or using CEO Signals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

CEO Signals provides AI-generated trading signal analysis for educational and informational purposes only. The Service is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, metals, and indices involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of CEO's signals is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. CEO Signals accepts no liability for losses incurred from using this Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is offered on Starter, Pro, and Premium plans — your card is required at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Institutional plan billing begins immediately. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of first charge at our discretion.

5. API Keys and Account Security

Your API key is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or republish signals from this Service without explicit written permission. You may not use automated tools to scrape or copy signal data beyond your personal use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
