1. Information We Collect
We collect the email address you provide when signing up for a trial or subscription. We also collect device fingerprints (anonymised hashes) for trial abuse prevention, and IP addresses for security and analytics. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment card details directly — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to: send you signal alerts (if enabled on your plan), communicate subscription status and billing events, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, you interact directly with Stripe's secure checkout. CEO Signals receives only your email address and subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie (csig_sub) to keep you signed in as a subscriber on the signals page. This cookie is not used for advertising. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
5. Data Retention
Subscriber records are retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation for billing dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Your Rights

7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
